MEMBINA Community is a Singapore-registered charity that empowers underserved youths and families to thrive, lead, and uplift communities.
Who We Are
MEMBINA Community was founded to create spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and trusted.
We work with underserved and at-risk youths, many of whom may not naturally access formal support systems. Through consistent engagement, mentoring, sports, neighbourhood outreach, and community programmes, we build relationships before introducing intervention.
Our work is grounded in presence. We believe that meaningful youth development begins when young people have a community they can return to, not just a programme they attend.
Why We Exist
Many young people fall through the cracks long before anyone official notices.
Some are navigating family stress, financial challenges, school disengagement, grief, low confidence, or the absence of trusted adults in their lives. Others simply need a space where they can belong without being judged.
MEMBINA exists to meet young people earlier — in their neighbourhoods, schools, community spaces, and everyday environments — so that support feels accessible, familiar, and human.
Support should not only arrive when a youth is already in crisis.

2023
MEMBINA Community was incorporated as a ground-up youth organisation.
2024
Our programmes expanded across mentoring, community outreach, youth leadership, and neighbourhood-based engagement.
2025
MEMBINA was registered as a charity and strengthened its role in supporting underserved youths and families.
2026
MEMBINA continues to grow its youth hub, partnerships, school-based work, sports outreach, and community programmes across Singapore.
